These terms apply to UI/UX design and front-end development for websites, personal cabinets, dashboards and admin panels provided to business clients and consumers. Deviating terms of the client apply only if agreed in writing.
2. Conclusion of contract
Information on this website is not a binding offer. A contract is concluded when we confirm your order in writing (email is sufficient) based on an individual written proposal. The entire ordering process takes place in writing — no phone call is required.
3. Services and cooperation
The scope of work, deliverables, number of revision rounds and timeline are defined in the proposal. Where development is included in the chosen plan, delivery includes Figma designs, all developed source code files (HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP where agreed), assets and documentation. Starter Audit delivers a report; Wireframes delivers structure and a Figma prototype, without developed code. Backend logic and third-party integrations are quoted separately. The client provides the information and materials needed in good time. Additional work outside the agreed scope is billed separately after approval.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are stated in euros. Unless agreed otherwise, 50% is due on order confirmation and 50% on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are payable within 14 days. VAT is applied according to French tax law; where applicable, "TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI".
5. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, the client receives the agreed usage rights to final deliverables. Drafts and unused concepts remain our property. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
6. Right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers in the EU have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Details are set out in our Refund Policy.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
8. Consumer mediation
In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers may refer any dispute free of charge to a consumer mediator after first contacting us in writing. Mediator details are provided on request.
9. Final provisions
French law applies, excluding the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence remain unaffected. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
