Refund Policy

1. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise it, inform us with a clear statement (e.g. by email):

2. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice, using the same payment method you used, unless agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

If you requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay an amount proportionate to the services provided up to the time you informed us of the withdrawal.

3. Early expiry

The right of withdrawal expires for service contracts once the service has been fully performed, if you expressly agreed that performance starts before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal on complete performance.

4. Cancellation after the withdrawal period

• Before work begins: the deposit is refunded in full.
• During the project: work completed up to cancellation is billed pro rata; any remaining prepaid amount is refunded.
• After final delivery: no refund, but agreed revision rounds remain available.
• Retainers can be cancelled with 30 days' notice to the end of a billing month.

5. Statutory rights

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. If a deliverable does not match what was agreed, contact us and we will correct it.
